i tried to install the eyebrows but simple double sided tape doesnt work whats some suggestions to evenly put it on solid hellp.

Why not just ask your "top performance shop then". These cheap looking pieces of bling are usually installed with double stick tape. Apparently the tape on yours is not sticky enough. Try your local car parts store and get some better grade double sided tape. Good luck with your install.
