da integra: ac/blower fan speeds 1-2 not working, 3-4 is ok


my mechanic said i have to get some kind of resistance replaced, located under the passenger's side dash........

is there any other solutions?

Hmmm, I dont know too much about ac stuff...But maybe you need some R12 in that sumbitch. Check your AC compressor too while you are @ it cuz that thing could be a beyotch if it aint maintained.

its not the ac, whether its on or off, fan speeds 1 and 2 arent working, 3 and 4 are working fine.......

by the way, i have a 93 integra rs

its the resistor, its common to go out if you have a passenger side dash leak. Pop out the glove box, its back in there.. its like a 20 dollar part
