Default taking out factory radio

i have a 95 accord lx and i bought a cd player i want 2 take out the old 1 and install the new 1. i was wonderin if u guys can help. i read in the manual that i have 2 take the seats off by remoiving the 2 bolts under it

Thing is i only found 1 i didnt find the other
