Just an update if ya care...

I found a company who gave me Ins for 3100 for the year (ok)
second DMV in NJ said they need the title released to them from AHFC so they could give me a reg(ok)
and i got hold of a nice woman named Michele at AHFC in MA and she sent out the title of the copy to DMV overnight thru Airborne Express at Honda's cost (nice huh) and with a little luck I'll be back on the road tomorrow.
So on that note please cross your fingers for me! and I know some people who could careless (my neighbors and ITR haters ) and for those who do give a hoot, thanks for crossing your fingers!!!

I can't wait for the sound of VTEC again and maybe I'll make it to http://www.racewaypark.com Wendsday night for some time trials too

hope it works out, but becareful with no-name insurance companies, i am not to mad about how much i pay now that my insurance company is stepping up for me

Ya won't beleive this fuging mess!!!!!!!!!!

OK so i tracked the title thru airborne exp and it arived in NJ DMV at 11:30 today so i hopped in the ITR (no reg or inspec) and take the 45 min ride. I get there with out any probs thanks. I go and get on line of two peeps and the woman said sure we'll have you out in a min or two...... 5 pass and a diff woman calls me and ask is this your VIN... "I think so, why?" well it has a wrong number on it it should have "S" not "5" MY FRIGGIN MOUTH HIT THE FLOOR!!!
oh chit, what do i do???? (i should have just pulled the blanket over my head this morning)

She very nicely said there is nothing we or you could do to reg this car. you have to get the title fixed, FIXED??? how this is it> its in your hands how just how?

call up the Florida title dept and ask them or call your Lein holder AHFC and see what they say.

So i drive back to Brooklyn (no popo on the way) and call AHFC and they said this headache could take a couple of weeks, WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME? A COUPLE OF WEEKS? its my only car. ahhhhhhhhhhh what do i do? who should i call

The only thing i can do is wait she said, but AHFC will help if they could

MOTHER PUCKER!!!!!! I can't wait this is crazy $#&^$@ you $# !%# i can't take this ~%^%&*@

damm Fl title dept you suck my $#!

So after i relax, does anyone have an idea???

I had the same "S" problem, and I still do. I just ignored it. Gieco didn't care either

 

I wish the dmv would overlook it but he computers said no

might be 3-6 weeks before i drive my ITR.

Sorry to hear this.
But, at least your ITR will be safe. That is one positive.

 

safe from what my driving? or the elements? or the nast car thiefs? maybe the e-brakes that you taught me?

I just want to expose it to all of the above mentioned and at a fast pace too.
