Seriously though what's the vehicle weight?
I'd say about 165whp, but this is borderline bench racing.

Well then I'll stick to 165whp on a Dynojet dyno.

I ran 13.9 on street tires in a 2289lb. hatch with 175whp, and I'm not the best driver either.

That is pretty good for you first run. You should be able to drop the 60' to 2.1. That should net you a 14.2. It looks like your mid track is a bit slow too. Your MPH is a bit slow. Go to the track and practice driving.
Edit: Lower the front tire pressure to about 18-22psi.

2.2's-2.4's that night, but the 13.9 was on a 2.2 60 footer. Regular old 195/50/15 Pirelli P700Z tires at full 32psi.
I literally drove to the strip, got off the highway, and ran the 13.9 on my first pass right off the freeway for an hour. I ran 3 or 4 13.9's and a few 14.0's - I was surprised at how consistent I was. I did misshift once and pull a 14.2.
...all of this at about 850ft. above sea level.
Comparing various 1/4 mile times at totally different tracks and elevations is kind of moot though...

Well that was my old Si HB.
I've since swapped that same swap into the silver EG that you tuned, and I ran it Oct. 02 before tuning which gained me +25whp/+25ft-lbs. of torque in the midrange over my old baselines, which had shitty midrange.
I ran 13.3@104mph with a 2.0 60 footer on some worn-*** 20'' M/Ts at 850ft. above sea level.
Since tuning I'm sure it's a high 12 second car if I could only bust a good old 1.8 60 footer like I did on one run that night, but my clutch fork broke shifting into second on that run!
