everything but my speed? dont know whats wrong

Default everything but my speed? dont know whats wrong

so i thought it was my fuses and it might still be but everyone of my gages work but my speed so i dont know what it could be.... can anyone help

probably your vss is bad !
vss=vehicle speed sensor which is on the tranny for those who dont know !

The VSS is correct and it is located on the top of the tranny, below and just rear of were the starter is.

first make sure its plugged in and everything is clean where it connects. dont replace it till you know its broken.

clean the plug with some electrical parts cleaner (can be bought at autozone), let it dry then go drive it.

do what Kamin said and then throw some dielectric grease in their to repell the water/coolant, etc and to protect the pins
