is there a pilot bearing in clutch assembly
Yes.
It is not good engineering practice to have two steel shefts spinning against each other, so they make provisions for either a bronze bushing or a roller bearing.
I couldn't chase one down on the Honda site I refer to, but I found the reference here:

You mean, the tip of the trans input shaft centered in the flywheel, correct? Oh!! Well then yes, you would have some type of a pilot bushing/bearing. And on my 4th gen it's a bushing, not a bearing..... so yours is probably the same.
Yes (indeed). Traditionally, the pilot bearing (that piece which supports the Trans Input shaft in alignment with the Crankshaft) has been either a Sintered Bronze (self lubricating) Bushing or a Caged Needle Roller Bearing.
Both are equally viable but it's good mechanical policy to replace it every time the clutch is replaced.
