Default ECU Code 13?

Ok, My ECU is throwing code 13 (Atmospheric Pressure), honestly I have no Idea where to go with this one...vacuum line? bad sensor? (and if it is a bad sensor how do I check, and which sensor is it?)

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

-Brett

is it obd1 or 0?

obd1 the sensor is inside the ecu.

obd0 is mounted just below the blower on the passengers' kickpanal

You are thinking of the AIT (air intake temp).

Ok, turns out I overlooked a code...Here is the full breakdown of what is happening to my car...the seatbelt light is going off non-stop(and it is plugged in under the seat)...and I am throwing code 13 and Code 16...it idles in rough pulses.

Any help is appreciated, help me end this nightmare.
