i have a friend that sellin me a b18a1 copmlete swap and you know how its cable tranny.....well i have a 1992 honda civic CX hatch.....and you all know that 92+ is hydrolic tranny.......well my question is can i put a b16 tranny off an si (hydrolic) and bolt it right on to the b18a1?........can i just bolt and play or its just impossible period......and is a b18a1 an OBD-1 or a OBD-0?

 

hey, the as long as its a hydraulic b-series tranny then it will bolt up. I can't remember off the top of my head if the b18a1 is obd0 or 1 Sorry.

 

yes the tranny will bolt up no problem and if the engine is from 90-91 its obd0 and 92-93 its obd1

 

thanx guyz....damn then can i just buy a ls ecu and the harness.....and will it connect?

 

if you have the integra mounts, axels and shift linkage then yea it will drop right in and its plug and play

 

my question is......the b18a1 is obd-0......can i get a obd-1 ecu and harness and just plug and play.....
