2006 civic engine 1.8l 6800 redline 140 hp vs b18b

i noticed the striking similiarities...

anybody care to break it down for me more than what i know?

All I know is it's the R-series.

R18. nothing really more than that.

Try looking in GDD, as there are a couple of very detailed threads about the 06 Civic.

EDIT: I apologize, I did a little searching and found only information about the Si. Just get an Si instead.
