Default Since so many people have asked... here you go! <Warning>Dial-Up users may not wanna go here!

Well for those of you who knew, my GSR entered the paintshop two weeks ago this last Sunday. I got it back on Saturday, and today is finally the first sunny day where I could wash it and shoot a few pics.

Yeah yeah, I know there aren't any emblems. My one ricer mod is on the way, red 's. Ordered those on the 20 Feb. from imoto.com... anyone ever delt with them? I ordered online... said it went through, though didn't receive ANY confirmation nor shipping info. I've called and left messages, emailed... and not gotten anything back?!?! Anyone had any experience or suggestions with this company?

Oh well, here's the pics! Enjoy!

So... for any of you `94-95 Milano owners... who have started to forget what Milano actually looks like...

This is for you friends!!!

Nicey nice! I'd add the '97 ITR chin and raise the ride height a tad, but that's just me. Red emblems should blend well too. BTW, where can I get a Comptech chin for my '94 for a good price? Thanks.

Not going to dump any more $$$ into it. The lip was an idea, I actually have a Top Fuel front lip for it. Oh... that's the HIGHEST perch setting for the TEIN NAs... can't go any higher!

As for where to get a chin... hmmm. Not sure, lemmie look around. Unless you're interested in my Top Fuel lip.

Hey I thought I recognized a TN license plate I'm in Nashville myself, what shop did your work? Gary Force recommended Price Collision on the other side of I65 when somebody tried to break into my car. They do pretty good work.

how bout some details.

--Time involved??
--process??
--if it was a hook-up price deal, what does a job like that generally run?
--did you ask to have the lower body black plastic clading painted to match the car or did they just do it that way??

other then that it really looks great man, congrats!!

go lower man!!!! keep it simple. If I were you I'd go back to the stock corners though, clears are kinda ugly on tegs.

Looks really good man, I think it would look even better if you just shaved the emblems instead of getting the red ones.

Yeah, we've talked remember? You rode with Seth when he raced my cousin Kerby. Price's is nice... wayyy to over-priced.

Looks good....what did you have painted? The entire car? Or just the front and sides?
Everything

no more chew toy motorsports? did you get "trey's" shop to do it? they do some awesome work there.

Trey's shop? You mean Bills? If Bill's, he closed down... I had someone else do it.

I would have shaved the emblems
I shaved them all, minus the 's... always had a thing for red 's. See next post!

- Took him two weeks
- Full strip to metal, primer, base coat, clear coat.
- A job like this starts at about $1800... depends on who does it.
- I asked to have the lower rocker painted, including a few other spots within the grill. You can see from the pics in the next post. He just forgot to paint the wipers?!?!

go lower man!!!! keep it simple. If I were you I'd go back to the stock corners though, clears are kinda ugly on tegs.
Lower?!?! Come visit TN... I dunno about ur streets in WA, but here we dodge more potholes than we do cops. 99% of the time I'd agree on the clearcorners. Though I saw them on Alans (Arunto) GSR... Milano Red... and I was hooked. At night they are legal orange... No worries on rice colors!

Okay here are some pics I just took... got sick and tired of imoto sending the emblems... They can keep em. I went an bought some, sick of rolling with holes in the front and rear... I LOVE the look of these.

What do you think?

Nice but I personally would start with 98+ tails and one day either a 98+ front end or better yet JDM. But then again you probably knew that so I'll just keep my mouth shut

98+ tails and then

paint job looks great man, but i have to go with mkarch96TEG:
paint your wiper arms black
i used a flat black on mine and i really improves the appearence of your car. other than that it looks great
