Where and How do i install HID's on my EF9
I want to put HID's in my car, i have heard of people doing it and i want to see how it works and fits. I'm tired of trying new things with my headlight, i've put a relay on them with some PIAA bulbs and 9005 in both the low beam and high beam and it is still not as bright as i would like it. If anyone knows how or has pics please let me know.

yeah....SEARCH. The "Search" button is going to be your best friend for a while. Ive been on here a long time and I can barely ask a question now-a-days because everything I want to ask is already been answered

Wait a second....I thought EF9's were single H4h bulbs. How did you manage to fit 2 9005 in a single socket headlight? That's some crazy fabrication right there
if i'm not mistaken an EF9 is a 90-91 civic or crx, and if so they have a low beam and a high beam, i made the 9005's fit in the low beam for more lighting ability.
Just buy a kit from someone, or off ebay. Its pretty self explanitory, plug and play, change 2 fuses. Done. Id recommend a low Kelvin rating so you dont get pulled over.

I recommend not doing it as it produces glare in stock housings. It doesn't matter if u have a lower kelvin if your blinding the cop. Look into this more!
Well, they produce a stock looking color, just way brighter. a little more white in them though. I have been using them for like 3 years and no problems from the police. *knocks on wood* when i used to have fake HID's (blue lightbulbs) i got pulled over a couple times. Im glad i changed up. Plus, once you drive around with real HID's its hard to go back to a car without them.
I have HiD's on my Ef Hatch 91 all you have to do is change you fuse under the fuse box its a 10 fuse put a 30 or it will blow the fuse. wire up you HID's to your stock headlights wiring and that should do
i got a set of H.i.d's from a 2006 range rover the bulbs are like 6000k but im buying new ones soon im thinking 10,000k...H.i.ds in ef's are so sexy!
are you sure you don't have to use the ballast with them, if you pull to much power through them it could cause permanent wiring damage or even a fire, not a chance i want to make considering the amount of money i already have in the car.
