Are you sure you hooked the map sensor up to the right spot?

If youve changed out the map sensor 3 times then its probably not the sensor. are your vacuum lines hooked up right? perhaps test for bad wires leading to the sensor. check your ecu to make sure none of the pins have pulled out of the ecu harness. see if you can substitute another computer (sometimes not so easy to get your hands on one without some $$). did you bring the wiring harness over from the other car or modify yours?

i brought the harness from the other car. and i was told u can use the map from a 90-93 integra and it only has one plug and one vac line is that true. and yeah i checked the ecu and all the wires are in. and i dont have a volt meter to test the wires, but how do i know which wires should be putting out power

i cant confirm the teg map sensor, but i have a 91 si map sensor in mine and that works. a helms manual will show you which wires to test and how to test the sensor. make sure you have the map sensor vacuum line hooked up to the right spot on the intake manifold/throttle body

sounds like a connection issue...if u have replaced it with a known working one and still no difference than it has to be a connection problem...ur not gonna be able to rev above 3.5k until the code clears...ur ecu is in limp mode right now...
might sound dumb but did u reset the ecu after u put the known working one in?
