how would the cylinders look in my b18a if it was at tdc??...1 up 2 3 down 4 up??

also when installing my cams thats how the cylinders are suppose to be??.....because i noticed when trying to install them with the gears on, it was sorta tuff to install with the arrows facing "up" should i just make the cams sit in??

 

im guessing i need to install the cams without the gears to the point were they sit flush then install the cam gears after the cams??
