Engine getting no spark.
The distributor went out on my 98 gsr so i replaced it to find out that its still getting no spark. It turns over now but like i said...no spark...what could it be?
Spark comes from the secondary windings in your ignition coil that goes to your secondary wire, to the distributor, out the wires to your spark plugs. Make sure your ignition coil is working properly. I would say thats your problem. Tell us how it turns out.
BTW Are you sure your distributor was the problem? When you re-installed it was it timed correctly?

Use a volt meter to make sure you have power at the ignitor wire at the distributor engine harness plug. If you have power there its either the ignitor or coil in the distributor.
