Default moisture in headlights?

91 ef stock headlights.
there is condinsation in there. not sure when or where it happened. but should i repair it because over all it looks fine, other then the minor rust that i think might hinder the output or should i look into replacing it?

if i should repair it, all i can do is just silicone around it for now. i really dont want to open it up to fix the rust. at this point i dont even know if i can clean out the current moisture that is in there.

if i should replace it, not sure if i should just get a stock one or get after market ones like projectors. since its kinda old im not sure if it is worth the money. i dont want to do projector retro. did that and got tired of it fast. is the ef compatible with any other model for a direct bolt on?

Rust inside the headlight?
WoW.
If it don't effect the output of the headlight, I wouldn't even touch it.
