lose the rims, I'm running 17's and that's 2 inches too much. Lose the motor. Get a motor swap. I wouldn't waste any money on mods for this motor. Your car, with auto trans and a slow motor will never be fast or quick.

def lose the rims, people think big wheels means your automatically a "street" racer. the lighter your wheels are the less your motor has to pull, along with the rest of ur car, give it a diet. Get yourself some super light 14s or 15s. just look at formula 1, ever wonder why they run smaller rims and higher side wall tires, i'm sure one of the reasons is to save on weight of the rim, i'm sure there are plenty of other reasons too.

Lose the rims.

Get some 15-16's or 14' BRW's.

I have an idea of what you want, you just want that extra kick when you want it.

Just add some minor bolt-ons and you should be good. One part at a time.

now in the most un-flamely way possible i'm going to try and help you out with this.. hmmmm.. ok so theres no way to not flame it but i'll give it a shot lol...
1. Lose the rims, bigger rim = more weight..
2. Lose the motor, lx = slowest of all slow + automatic = even slower than that.. http://www.jdmaddiction.com/ That's a good site you can start off by viewing and getting idea's on diff motors and what they produce, all stock that is.
3. An intake an headers arent going to break world records, look more into non N/A ways to get ur car zoomin. Not saying you cant make an EK 4dr fast, but just saying spending 50 bucks from autozone well buy you the same amount of RiCe as 5 boxes of Uncle Bens.
4. Now i'm not sure what you meant by family car, I didnt kno if you meant you have a family so you need all that room or you just are signifying your car as a 4dr family mobile. Anticipating that you dont have a family to cart around, lose some weight in the car. Your car weighs 2,458lbs an thats not to shabby for a 4dr but let's lose some un-necessary ****. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1036229 There's a link to a post someone made about not really losing ****, but just replacing it with lighter items.
5. Learn how to drive 5 speed..!! <~~ important
6. Look more internally, pistons, rods, cam, cam gears, ect..... Basic bolt-ons only gonna get you so far, an when you reach that so far point chances are im still going to be ahead of you.
7. I realize everyone in the world doesn't have $$$ flowing constantly out of their rectum so don't think this post is just telling you to go spend $5,000 a fully built ITR motor <integra type R>. I dont really care what anyone has to say about D series <single cams> because most of the time the only people talkin **** are those who drive B & H series <dual cams>, but what i'm getting at with this is you should kno that behind every single honda motor made, there is potential and power to be found and made. But please dont goto Autozone for the aisle 8 specials on LED washer nozzles an APC intake filters.
8. I guess that pretty much sums it up on what to look for, how to do it, an where to start. A lot of people on here well attack you for asking "noob" questions but for the most part people on here are really helpful. But hey, we were all in your shoes at one point, good luck man

You keep posting the same thing. Smaller rims are going to make you accelerate faster. The motor you have is ****, I would suggest getting a B18C, or a d16z6 or a d16y8 if your short on cash.

if you plan to keep all that weight, you're gonna need a turbo kit or dohc swap. you can build the d series if you want, but hp/$ spent, that would be the least cost effective way. IMO, look for a b18b.

Lose the rims!

I'd say Turbo for power, but Automatic... EHhhhh.

If you must keep this motor and car... I say supercharger is your only option. Don't waste your money on Intakes, headers etc...

Good luck

yeah, the rules of the forum is on my mind. obviously not yours. I said flame because you made multiple threads for one topic. you just don't understand what we were trying to tell you. all that **** that you think makes your car look good is what is slowing your dumbass down. I did offer constructive advise, but since you obviously lack the mechanical compentence to understand/notice that, you don't have a chance in hell at a motor swap.
