A good place that can cut flanges?
I have some flanges i need cut... for exhaust, intake manifolds and such. Anyone on here have the machine or know of a good place that can do this? If so how much does cutting a flange cost?
Also is there a laser or water jet "cheap" machine out there that I can get to do it myself?
Thanks!

BMc race would more then likely be able to cnc them for you good guys over there
If we need a flange fast i simply whip up a cad drawing and send it off to laser innovations, the other day they had a 6 hour turnaround from drawing till done.
You would more then likely want to find somebody local but laser innovations is great and i can get you there contact info if you like

I am in Glendale, CA so they should be local to me also, if they are to you guys. Whats their info? How much do the charge?

Price is always per item and depends on quantity but for example i had a 3/8" thick custom 4 bolt flnage cut and it cost me 40 bucks for 1 with the 6 hour turnaround.

waterjet cut
for a one off flange 40 bucks is a damn good price IMO i know to have something cnc'd similiar would cost near 80-100 for just one

Reason CNC costs more is because for one it takes much longer to produce, need to drill it, make a jig which needs to be drilled and tapped, then cut it with an end mill at 3-5/inches per minute. A decent laser can easily cut 10-15/inches per minute, no drilling or jig is required either! And since you provided the drawing it took no design time either. But i guess if you need something quick you pay what you gotta pay. im not saying i woulda made the peice either cheaper tho... because i CNC cut.
O yea i guess since some people arnt sure how exactly long it takes to drill and cut with an end mill.... I been here working at my shop since 9AM (its 2:45pm right now) i have taken no breaks, have the cnc mill running the whole time non stop and this is what ive made so far...
4 - 16G outlet flanges (304 stainless)
2 - H22 Flanges (mild steel)
1 - SR20 Flange (mild steel)
1 - SR20 Flange (304 stainless)
4 - 16G inlet flanges (304 stainless)
2 - 7CM inlet flanges (304 stainless - not cut yet just drilled)
Stainless steel does take much longer to cut than mild steel however, and all these peices didnt need a jig made since i already have jigs for them all.
