94 integ wire harness help..!!! please anyone..
someone one here can help me in anyway it would be nice.. how do i modify a obd 1 ls wire harness to run a obd 2 gsr motor? i did a search and all i could find was ls/vtec stuff.. please i need this car running asap.. thanks..
There are a number of plug differences such as the dizzy plugs and the alternator plugs. You also have to worry about the VTEC solenoid, the Pressure switch, the knock sensor, and the IAB. It'd be a hell of a lot easier to sell your current harness and invest in an OBD-2 GSR harness, then you'll only have 5 wires to run.
save yourself the headache and get a obd2 harness. read what kendall wrote.. basically you'd be building a whole new harness if you tried to convert yours .
i have an alternator and a dizzy from a obd 1 ls.. i also have an eddlebrock intake manifold and am running a p28 on hondata s200.. does the internals of my obd 2 gsr dizzy work if i put it in the caseing of the obd 1 ls dizzy??.. so do all i have to worry about is the oil pressure and running vtec right?
