hey, i have a 00 jdm gsr engine in my 92 hatch. im planning on boosting it. i am debating on a 2.0 stroker kit with a jackson racing supercharger.. or forged pistons and rods and turboing it with a ssautochrome t3t4 turbo kit. what engine mods would i have to do to run high boost and what option should i go with??

i would advise you not to use ss autochrome turbo kits.

 

ssautochrome , turbo > SC (IMO)

hey what is wrong with ssautochrome? ive heard nothing but shitty things about them. i was just gonna get that kit cuz its only 850 bucks! some one told me to buy the kit for all the piping and the manafold and bov and just sell the turbo and buy a rebuilt garett t3t4

 

Ive not ever heard anything about it but general rule of thumb = you get what you pay for

 

...and please, if your gonna talk about your JDM engine, atleast call it by the correct trim level from which it came.
