it might be better to get larger injectors, like dsm 450cc injectors, and a walbro 255 and a fuel pressure regulator.. to my knowledge that vortech controller wont do anything for you, like put more fuel into your engine. especially if you only have 240cc injectors..

thier is really no low budget fuel system. which vortech are you getting and you do understand how it works right. for every pound of boost its gonna raise the fuel psi. by 10or by 12. you could bigger injectors if you to that your gonna need something to tune it with ex vfac. a fuel pump and pressure regulator would be good. this is what i would do if i was you get some bigger injectors a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator and vfac it maybe alittle more than you want to spend but the key to making a turbo motor last is a tune but at 6psi i think the stock system would be fine as long as you have a intercooler

I'm guessing you are running an OBD0 or OBD1 ECU?

Turboedit (OBD0) Uberdata (OBD1) both can be downloaded for free
$40 DSM 450's
$79 new Walbro 190lph fuel pump or $89 new Walbro 255lph fuel pump
$20 get your ECU chipped, socketed and datalog ready through http://www.moates.net
$20 ECU chipping supplies
$10-$40 datalogging cable-Nokia 3285/5185 cell phone cable, or hondalog cable from http://www.moates.net
$55 Willem enhanced burner from ebay or $85 Moates BURN1

All that stuff will give you full timing and fuel control as well as the ability to select VTEC x-over. The only thing missing is a wideband setup but you can borrow one from somebody, use your tuning shops wideband, or just get your own for $300-$330. You should contact xenocron about how to use the turboedit. Also you should check out the pgmfi.org forums.

this technique would also be known as the RIGHT way to do it. and hey look how cheap it is. believe me it will be much cheaper in the long run to do this than blow up an engine or 2 first and then figure it out.
