When I turn the key, all the lights go out and it clicks really fast.
When I get a jump and start it up. It runs fine no problems. I even turned on every electrical device on the car and it still doesn't die out or act like it has a problem.
Soon as I turn the car back off. Same ****.
Is my battery not holding a charge, or is my alternator not charging?

If possible, drive to or get a ride to the nearest AutoZone or AdvanceAutoParts and get both of them tested, for FREE.
Oh yeah, make sure your ground is properly connected to the alternator post. If it fries it won't be a cheap fix. Believe me $25 plus the damn down depending on a somewhat charged battery.

mine did the same and it was my alter..can u drive with ur lights on? mine was fine until i turned my headlights on, then it jus lost all power....go check it at autozone that will help a lot
Yeah don't turn them headlights on. Once I was running off my battery when alternator went out. A cop flashed her lights and pulled up along me. I told her the car would die if I did but she said do it anyway. Sure nuff, the damn car died instantaneously.
Oh yeah, don;t turn on the radio either.

I had that problem with my SI, It was bad connection from the battery to the motor itself. If I boosted the car it would start. If I tried to start it off a full battery it wouldn't. Check all your connections to make sure they are clean and aren't corroded. Also make sure all connections are tight and not broken anywhere.
Best of luck.
