Default New susp. bushings- preloading question

I just replaced my stock bushings (f+r) with stiffer rubber bushings, and I'm getting ready to bolt it all back together. I understand I need to preload the suspension before tightening everything down, but I have a problem with the front upper control arms. I have Omni upper control arms installed, and I cant see anyway to get 2 wrenches to the upper control arm bushings, once the suspension is preloaded. There just doesnt seem to be any room. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm considering just guesstimating their position before I install the bushings/upper control arm setup, but if anyone has got a better way, I'm all ears.

Put the car on stands so that the jackstands are under the LCA's. The suspension will be at ride height just as it was on the ground with tires on. Torque the bolts to spec
