spark problems with b16a in 88 rex si
ok, ive got an 88 rex si with a b16a swap. i was having problems with the tach jumping around at higher rpms, so i ran a wire straight from the coil to the tach, same problem, slowly its getting worse and now when it does it the car surges in 2nd and kinda misses in third and fourth, not really misses but lags pretty bad. ive got new plugs in it, tried a new coil and that helped for a while but its coming back. would an igniter cause this problem. i thought about throwing another dist in just to see. so would an obd0 ls dist fit. any thoughts, help guys i got auto cross this coming weekend.
