i am running an ls/vtec setup and its a b16 head on an ls block and i have gsr cams to put in it ,would it give me more power/.if so top end or bottom end?im not trying to get alot of out of it just something to play with so i dont wanna spend alot of money on aftermarket cams just wanted to kno if they would help it any

 

u would probably be better off leaving the b16 cams in the head.

 

or CTR cams usually around $300-350

 

the gsr cams will give you more power, but not too noticable. they have higher lift and longer duration so obviously they will help a bit. but WHERE the power comes in depends on how you retard or advance the cam timing. good luck with that
