It's the same thing. I'll try to find the exact information, but 90% of the B20 motors have LS heads. It's the same thing.
There is a range of about 3 years where it's different (~1993 or so).

yea the only difference is the bottom end of the b20

Well, I would assume that the B20 would be faster stock because I think they have more hp compared to a stock LS. However, it does depend on the way it is built too on the other hand. If it were up to me, I would not do this swap.
i knew a guy who put a LS head on a b20, he said he put it on for compression purposes.. i forgot if it bumped it up or down.. haha
