Default help please, b16a in 92 civic (wont start)

hi, im a first time member but a long time viewer of this site, the stuff underneath me was also posted on beyond.ca, any help would be great thanks!!

hey, i completed the swap and i have a few problems

1. the fuel pump doesnt whine when i turn the ignition to on, i took it out of the tank and hooked it up to the battery and it seems to work fine but i get nothing when its hooked to the harness, and i dont get any voltage to the harness when i try with a test light, does anybody know where the relay for it is in a 92 honda civic hb, ill try a jumper wire tomorow if i can find the relay (lucky me i cant find the haynes book) theres no fuel going to the fuel rail either, i took off the bolt and no drippage

and...

no spark (the jdm plug wires look burnt at the end of them so im guessing they need to be replaced, there is a crack in the dizzy cap in by one terminal so that has to be replaced as well (shouldnt i get spark from the other 3 wires), i havent tested if im getting power in the dizzy cap yet... how do i check for voltage from the internal coil

btw: the engine sounded like it wanted to fire up when i sprayed some starter spray into it but no start

ive tripple checked all the connections under the hood and they look good, any help or suggestions is much aprectiated

thanks for your patience

i even hooked up the old p28 to it (minus knock senser) and still nothing i doubt the problem is anywhere near that but it didnt hurt,

one thing that i do remeber is that when i was driving the car befor the d16 blew, the car shut off, i put it in 5th and fired it up again (going about 90km/h) and had to keep the rpm around 2k (while slowing down for a turn into a gas station) for it not to shut off, once i make a left turn, PLATT, and then the bottom end went on me

Your main is located right above your left shin if you were sitting in the driver's seat.

I would eliminate all variables. This is a good time to do a tune-up since you're doing the dirty work swapping it anyways. New cap, wires, sparkplugs, timing belt, waterpump, etc etc.

Double check your grounds and timing. If your car was running before the swap then I dont think it's your main.
