Are 90-91 Bumpers Interchangeable with 92-93?

yes, you would need a phillips screwdriver, 10mm socket, 12mm socket/extension

To do the front bumper conversion from a 90-91 to a 92-93 you need the headlights, grille assembly, impact absorber, beam and beam extensions. Although the parts will still bolt up, without the above you will have gaps because the newer headlights and grille come out slightly farther and the grill sits up a little more.

For the rear bumper, you need 92-93 side skirts, rear beam, absorber and trunk lid. You can keep your existing trunk lid, it will still work but it comes out slightly too far. Just like above, the new bumper will bolt right on with the old side skirt/beam/absorber combo but the skirts and trunk lid will really overhang the bumper (definitely to bad to pass off) because the newer bumper sits in further.
