how to stop paying registration on track only car in cali????
hey,
I have a crx that doesn't pass smog in cali. it's been tuned for track only so is there and how do i get a title that makes it so that i dont have to pay for no more yearly registration fees and stuff. is it the non-operational title or what? anyone gone through any of this stuff? i wanna just tow that thing to and from the track. PLEASE HELP
