Anything is possible I guess. Why would you possibly want to do this. There are so many systems that you would have to put in place that it would take you a century to complete. Haynes and Chiltons have wiring diagrams. If your girl talks a lot, you could just mount her to the dash and you'd have an airbag.

If you want to try to engineer an SRS system into an EF, you're going to hurt yourself. Neither you, or I for that matter, have any idea where to start designing something like that. For your own sake, don't.

Well you could park your car and then your car will be safer! If you want a safer you should looking to one of those overweight cars with air bags. Did you know air bags cause a lot of injuries too.

Airbags don't make cars safer, in fact it is still debated by different groups within the Federal government as to whether they are appropriate for public use. It is how you drive your vehicle that determines safety, does the term "defensive driving" ring a bell? Wear your seatbelts , a 4 or 5 point system would give the same safety effect of an airbag when attached to a properly set up roll cage, and wear a helmet. If you are unable to do so, buy a car with airbags already in it, and save your money, time and effort.
i know there not the safest. with the explosion of deploment, my girlfriend got burns from it,but still i feel better it was there. but i was just checking. i love my ef and i love everyone ive owned.but sense i only own ef's, i was wondering if it would be possible cause i dont want any other kind of car. also can a 4 point harness hook up to stock seats?

A 4 point on the street without proper attachment points will actually do more harm than good. And a 4 point will hold you back to much and it will be hard to look side to side for on coming traffic and general issues on the street. So I wouldn't put 4 pt in either. Padded rooms are fairly safe.
Life is to short to overly worry about the safety of your EF.

I have seen it done, but it did not work very well (89 STD hatch seats). 4 points generally require guides to keep them place (hence the holes in racing seats), otherwise they can not be properly secured and may "drift" off to the side of the seat. and not hold the occupant securely in place in the event of an impact or rollover.
As far as airbags being safer, I would rather have a well designed stock 3 point system than a hacked in airbag system with some Tenzo R 4 points glued into the car. I doubt anyone would be brave enough to undertake the project, it just screams "liability". Please don't.
I have an idea. Here's a hint - ROADWARRIOR
LOL yeeeeeah helmet, vest, exterior cage. rims with spikes stickin out would be cool too.

And I don't think many people crash by choice. There's something to be said for accident avoidance and defensive driving, but there's always that one time...
Want safety? Buy a Subaru. Some of the safest cars ever, and not complete pieces of **** like a Volvo. <flame suit on>
