Default corrosion

I swapped my stock ls wheels on my 2001 Integra LS for some aftermarket ones to find out that my wheel hubs were completely corroded(sp?) and the ls wheels were as well on the back. The wheel was practically stuck on to the hub and I could literally stand on the lugnut remover (forgot the name of what that tool is called at the moment) so I had to jump on it to get them loose and even after that, it took two guys pulling on the wheel to get it out. I was wondering what can be done to get rid of the corrosion. I still have the 5 year warranty corrosion from Acura and wonder if they would fix it if its too hard to remove myself.

I deal with that problem every day at work, its fairly simple to fix and keep from coming back. If you have air tools just use a buffer and clean all the corrosion off the wheel hub and rotor. Otherwise just a wire brush works fine too. Go buy some anti-seize it comes in a silver jar pretty cheap, and spread all over the hub surface, stuff will last for a year, and in that time you should have your wheels off anyway. Just wipe off old stuff and apply new coat!
