New car?
wassup guys...i have a 2002 accord 5 speed...i wanna faster car. i know i can put some money into my engine and ****...but i'm thinking why waste the money if the cars gonna end up being slow anyways? i'm gonna be getting a bike in the near future...but i was also debating on if i should just up my car. i know this is a HONDA forum..but i wanna know what you guys think about the 300zx twin turbo. yes or no?
As far as getting a faster car, IMO, you should focus on improving your driving first, not that youre bad driver, its just that thats what should be focused on.
I rallied for the local chapter of the SCCA and I SMOKED subaru's, BMWs, mini's, Evo's, etc. in my 2000 accord LX sedan of all things.

with the 300zx twin turbo, you may have to change the tranny just because theyre known for having tranny problems. It's an older car too, so the maintenance won't be so pretty
Accords are great cars, were and are strong, well built cars. On top of all, it's a honda. Why would you settle with a sporty car, made by a company that was going bankrupt a few years ago and could even afford to install proper materials to their cars?
Anyway..... an accord is a family car, but it is possible to make them fast, if you want and if you can afford, you can make your accord smoke the s*** out of the 300zx.

but penny for penny, the Z would walk on an Accord. My opinion.... do what you want. Not much that a bunch of guys on a tech forum can do to sway your mind.
