Default How Much is this trans worth?

a 2001 usdm type r transmission
excellent condition except it needs a second syncronizer

how much could i get for this transmission

i need to get as much as possible

id like to know so i can make a forsale thread

How many miles on it? I'd say around 650-800 depending on mileage.

itr transmission off an 01 can go for at least 1k or more depending on mileage.

With a bad synchro? That seems high.

I agree. I'd list for about $750 and see what you get. Your best bet would be to take the tranny apart yourself and repalce the synchro's and get full price for it as a recently rebuilt tranny.

how bad is the synchro? i would say definatley get it done and then sell it for full pop

Keep in mind that a brand new one from Acura is $1669 plus shipping.

i dont have the money to fix the trans, i was hoping to be able to sell it for a good price

then just buy another good condition trans for a little more
