well, it sounds like you would like to stay NA, so upgrading valvetrain would be what I recommend first. Stage 1 or 2 cams, valves, valvesprings, retainers, etc. After that do what TheKingPin suggested and dump whatever header you bought for a higher quality like rmf or smsp. After that go for hondata s300 and if you want an intake manifold like venom, possibly upgrade injectors to 450's or something. After that, look at different exhausts, probably not 3", but definitely 2.5" with a high flow cat and good flowing muffler. If you're still wanting more after that increase your compression with new pistons (type-s) or mill down your head, etc.
Or you could just boost it

Lightweight wheels and a quality suspension. That'll be way more fun than 3hp from some bolt-on.

couldnt agree more. As much as i love adding performance. You gotta spend some dough to really get a 4 cylinder going. Suspenion/tires, in a way, can give that kind of excitement if you know how to use them.

HAHAHAHA Those have to be the most worthless mods. They are a waste of money.
My suggestion would be tires or brake pads. These are things you can actually use.

I have 4 - 1 Trr Headers 2.5 Inch all the way through with a high flow exhaust
One of the best headers you can get in new zealand and the best people to install in Beyond Motorworks
I have been Dynod at 129 Kw at the wheels
With just headers exhuast system done and cold air intake
I also have this a product called CamFC
http://nzhondas.com/phpBB2/new....html
Ment to be a cheaper version of a vafc 2 but give around the same power gains
Cheers for the comments

I have also been told theres no point to do the trottle body or the cams becuz very miminal gains and wont see much difference i would like to get 150 Kw without doing the cam shafts thats my goal
^ cams = no gains?
totally wrong, I just bought some crower stage 2s, and with dyno tuning, I expect to gain 20+whp.
Dont get me wrong, there are some cams that give minimal gains, but their still superior to modifications such as intake, exhaust, pullies, header, etc
Depending on your budget, I would get cams. Stage 1 and stage 2 are completely different stages and budget options also. With stage 1, you most likely would not have to upgrade your valvetrain, while stage 2, it is highly recommended that you upgrade your valvetrain with springs and retainers ($300-450, depending if used or not).
And if you do get cams, getting a engine management would be nice to smooth and make you ride and idle better with cams in. And it is also recommended if you tune, you should get cam gears for your cams (another $100-200 dpending if used).
So yeah, I agree cams are expensive, I'm planning on spending another $800 as a add-on to my cams which include upgrading valvetrain/tuning. And I'm still young.

^^^ good to see you are implementing the advice
lol coming from someone who just wanted to dump the stage 2's in the car w/o all the neccessary parts to make it work correctly

lol he just said he has got a FULL straight exhaust system. That means no cat.
down here in new zealand we are allowed to remove our cats.
And IN new zealand we can't get smsp and rmf headers coz no one sells or imports em. Hes got the best 4-1 TRR which costs around 700$ USD. So stop telling him to change his headers.
But for a few exta hp get sone external ignition coils. THEN
Just get your car tuned and get some decent suspention set up, wheels and tyres so you can be sure that all the power your car is making is actually goin to the ground. No use having power but its not being put down to where it matters.
after that save up mega dollas get some euro r intake manifold and spoon tb, then do some Jun or skunk cams and higher compression pistons. and go stand alone management system coz your cam fc won't be able to tune anything beyond bolt ons.

you want 150kw without modifying internal out of a normal h22?
well single chambered intake manifold, either euro-r or skunk2, enlarged throttle body to go with it, upgrade from the sissy 60-62mm preludes to at least a euro-r 66mm, and make sure shave the insides of 64mm to 66mm or larger if need be, lighten up your flywheel and upgrade clutch at same time, tune tune tune tune and cross your fingers. if still not reach 150kw, then you know where to go from there.
