Default How do I get rid of the rattle in the rear deck of a civic ex coupe?

I just installed a pair of midbass 6x9 drivers and placed them in the factory cutouts in the rear deck. when played at a moderate volume, the whole deck seems to rattle even with the plastic deck cover removed. Also, the rear seat belt locking mechanism that is attached to the rear deck vibrates internally. Finally, with the plastic cover over the deck, there seems to be some turbulance noise present as well. My theory is that the rear deck needs to be stiffened a great deal and the rear deck cover needs to be trashed and replaced with carpeting. As far as the seat belt mechanism rattle, I have no idea. Has anyone else run into these problems? If so, any feedback would be muck appreciated. Thanks in advance.

By the way, my car is a 2002 Civic EX coupe.
