Default Extended Lugs? Install?

I was just wondering if someone can tell me if putting extended front lugs on the S2000 is hard... my friend told me that on civic/integra you have to take the whole hub off and have the bearing pressed out so the oem bolts can be taken out..has anyone ever done this before?? how much work is it..easy/hard?
