Default DTS chassis dyno, driveline loss %??

I"ve just finished reading the tech article 'long rod vs short rod' in the november issue of drag sport. In the article, both of the engines were tested on the DTS chassis dyno that claim to be approximately 15% driveline loss to the wheel. I noticed that the short rod engine put down 266 flywheel horsepower which converted into 226whp according to 15% driveline loss (that's what dragsport claimed, the percentage that is). I've also notice in the WD shoot out, R&D won the contest with 283 flywheel horsepower on the same DTS chassis dyno and the engine later was installed into a crx drag car which put down 227whp still on pump gas. But if that is true then there must have been more than 19% driveline loss (227 is 80.3% of 283). Am I missing something here? can someone verify this % of driveline loss?
