Whuttup yall...i just installed a pro series intake manifold on my b16a2 but there is one hole that i do not know how to plug up. this hole is made for the type r and gsr intake air temperature sensor but mine is already located on the intake piping. so i have to relocate one of my hoses to this hole. for the time being it is plugged up but i need to relocate one of my hoses in their. can you please help!!!! this hole i am talking about is on the second intake runner. please help

the only way to plug it up is put in a iat from a integra or civic

 

but then what would i stick on the end of the iat sensor? nothing?

 

If you're using an IAT in your intake tube, just stick an IAT to plug the hole in the IM, and don't connect it. It's not going to do any harm just sitting in there.

right. alot of people prefer using the obd1 IAT (one on the manifold) instead of the one in the intake (obd2), so it reads the temperature of the air actually entering the motor. but plugging it up if you dont have any problems with the one on the intake is fine.

 

HEY THANKS A LOT GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY LOOK INTO DOING THAT BUT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE LOCATIONS OF THE IAT SENSOR FROM THE INTAKE TO THE MANIFOLD WILL MY B16 IAT SENSOR OUTLET FIT INTO THE MANIFOLD IAT OUTLET?
