Type R throttle Body anyone?
Does anyone have a type R throttle Body or know anyone with one....I have a type R intake manifold but its not the right throttle body for the manifold so im losing horse power....

you are likely not loosing much if any power at all. The stock b16a engine can flow only so much CFM, and increasing the inlet on the throttle body is not going to change what the head can flow. The stock throttle body can already flow enought for a stock head, so you should be fine until you start to mod your head (larger valves/seats, port/polish, lift/duration with cams).
