What should I do next

I have a 94 civic hatch. B16a2, chipped, a few other mods. I'm currently running in the 15's, i want into the 14's. What should I do, try getting another head?, bore it out, what?

Slap on a turbo. Supercharger. Itbs. Theres a whole list of things to make you go fast. You need to explain more.
