Default jdm B16 swap in a 95 civic ex .............

I need some help, I swapped a jdm b16 into my 95 civic ex (2 dr. cp.) and I got a jdm p30 spoon sports ECU, but now I have an eratic idle, when I start my car it revs at 2000-2200 then goes down to about 1500 or so and then back up and so on, but when I drive to my girlsfriends house (about 23 miles) I have a normal idle (1000 rpm) when I get off the freeway, oh i should have said all the lines on the intake manifold are plugged up. Can some one help me figure out whats going on?

1000 rpm isn't a normal idle.

Does it throw any codes?

if all your lines to your intake mani are plugged up you prolly have a vacuum problem causing that.

http://www.hondapartsdeals.com usually has quite a bit of diagrams. thats where i always go to get my info on what part numbers as well as it gives a base model pic of what it should look like sometimes. usually haynes manuals have best pix though.

ummm, good question, id suggest printing out one for each(civic ex) as well as the car the b16 came from so you can kinda compare where on the engine it would connect to on the civic. at least thats waht i would try to do.
