ls intake mani. on b16?? how too

Default ls intake mani. on b16?? how too

i have seached for this and didn't find any really good right ups.
my dilema i have a venom drag manifold for a ls motor but i have a b16 can this be modified to fit. if so how hard is it? i mean the retail on this is like 650 so i don't really want to pass it up.

ur not going to find write on how too..

because no one does this...

ur best bet is cutting the LS flang off and having some one weld a B16 one on....

is that the only way cause had found threads about b16 manifols on ls motors

yup, because the b16 manifold flows better, hence they never went backwards...

you realize i am wanting to put a venom DRAG manifold on the b16 right its just off of a b18a1. it would flow beter than most aftermarket b16 mani's

Most intake manifolds including the Venom one, make less HP than the 2nd gen (P30) B16 manifold. In fact, if the P20 manifold gets polished it will yeild the highest reults for most b series all motor applications.
If running boost, thats a diffferent matter, i would look to a JG Edelbrock manifold for that.

The only way is to cut the flange off of a B series and weld it. If you ever take a LS intake mani gasket and a B16 intake gasket you'll see how very different they are.

N/A I think you would notice minimal gains with that type of manifold. for the time and $$ spent, you could get a different mani with less the headache.

actually i was going to switch form a dry setup to a dirct port setup and the manifold is only 200 bucks

on a NOS car i doubt this manifold will yeild hi gains (unless they were lectrons carbs or ITBS) so id ditch it...

just sell it....
