h22 sounds like a subaru....help.

I was out driving my built h22 turbo. I punched it in 1st. boost hit 16.4, power loss, I went to 2nd sounding like a wrx. There is no white smoke, oil pressure is fine but it wont rev over 3500 rpm. has hondata on it. I drove another 40 miles home and it drove fine but still sounding like a wrx. Any ideas????? Thanks for any info...

yeap...ringlands it is....take those stockers out, and put in that mahle pistons, that claim to work with frm sleeves, and run 15lbs....should be ok....for now

He said his car is built so I'm assuming that he doesn't have frm sleeves nor stock rings or pistons.
