Default How much is my S2000 worth?

i want to sell my S2000 and want to know how much I can sell it for realistically
its a 2000 black/black with 17,500 miles
mint condition in and out
also has transferable extended warranty till 2007
in dc/md/va area...

and when can i post in the "for sale" forum?

go check out the kelly blue book.... the demand for this car is pretty good in our area... so you shouldn't have to much problems selling it..

i think these cars sell for more than what the kbb states....from my experience anyway....

depends on area mainly. like its getting colder in the east coast so demand goes down. come spring, demand will go up

Not from what I've seen. Every S2k on here and S2ki.com have been selling on an average of 1-2k below KBB. I can't even sell my ITR for 15k. The economy sucks right now.

I've watched a steady decline for demand on the AP1 with plastic rear window...mainly because the 2002's are getting into the affordable rhelm for people that want an S2000 below $20k...im thinking that this is just going to continue even after production stops after this model year. Just a fair guess on your car based on your mileage...i'd say if you could sell it now, you might ask $18,000 for it and see if someone will bite, its a little high for a 2000 model, but you might attract someone with that mileage. Just depends.

Im thinking this winter and into next spring, dont expect anything over $16,000, and thats being optimistic i think.
