Default eg gsr doesn't feel like it has the potential it should

yo what up i have a eg hatch with usdm gsr. I have dc sports header, skunk2 manifold, and intake and exhaust. I also have chipped p28 to go with my setup. I feel like my car doesnt pull the way it should. I've been to cheap to get it dynoed because im kinda short on some cash, but i ran it at the track and my best time was 15.00. It seems to rev a little slow. The reason i think it revs slow is because ive drive my brothers eg coupe with a b16 and his revs alot faster. I have no check engine lights or anything. I feel like my car should be pulling a little better than what is now but i dont know what could be wrong and where to start. If anyone can let me know how i can start trouble shooting to know what may be restricting its power. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

A worn stock clutch could cause a loss in pull. Just my $.02 since this could really be a ton of ****...

Could be the chip, poor/inproper fuel and ignition maps will definitely do this. Who built the maps for ya?

this guy that advertises on on honda-tech. His website is j-k-tuning.com. He told me that i would need to get it tuned after words using crome or uberdata, but i dont know if thats gonna do it. I may think it might have somthing to do with fuel or with distributor. Sometimes when im cruising in 5th gear at 60mph and i take of the gas i almost feel as if the car hesitates a little. I also feel al little hesitation in the lower rpm when im in other gears. It's not a big hesitation just a slight bit but i think that has something to do with the problem.

ok that sounds good than the only problem is the closest tuner in my area that uses crom is 6 hours away. If anyone knows a tuner that is located near chicago illinoes please let me know.
