Default Whats a good cheap suspension?

What would be the best suspension for a EG6?

Koni Yellow's With (Insert Here) Springs?

or

Some sort of coilover system like Omni or SkunkII?

I'm trying to stay under $600.

I'd say go for the omni full suspension. I picked mine up for 692 shipped with LCAs.

You hear bad because people don't follow instructions and don't preload the springs. That's why they break in half.

How's the ride quality on Omni Street's?

How's the ride quality on Omni Sport's?

I am likeing the really stiff pullin tires ****. but i dont go to the SCCA tracks. So maybe i need the softer ones.

Ohh so that's it... not the fact that it has been comfimed that omni milled the lower mounts a 2mm instead of the 10mm it should have been... I am sure preload was the problem...

I would pick Koni Yellows with stock or lowerings springs over any of the low cost full threaded bodied shocks(Omni, D2, Ksport, Tein..), the Yellows is 10x better shock than what comes in most of those. I would but my car with stock springs aganst the same care with omni's (d2 or ksports teins) and I am pretty cofident I would turn the same or better time with the car with the konis.
