So I traded this little Sunpro gauge pod for a rebuilt turbo. I have no idea what kind of turbo it is, except for what it has on the cover. I was wondering if anyone could identify it and let me know the specs and what it came out of and if it is a decent turbo or not.

The information you have refers only to what style compressor cover is on the turbo. It doesn't tell anything about what turbine and compressor wheels are containied within -- and that's a big part of what you need to know.
