Default help out a newb plZzZzZz

i will soon be graduating from high school. i am class of 2006. since i know my mom cant really afford an expensive graduation present like she would want to i just asked her to get me my first car. im hoping to get a 91 si hatch or a 91 4-door dx or a 90-93 tegra. as far as the hatch and 4-door go i was wondering if a gsr head will fit on a b-20 block. never really heard of this build up around here in the bronx new york so i would really apreciate any helpful information. and as far as the 90-93 tegra i really dont know what i would like to do to it yet but n e suggestions will be very helpful. thank u all.

you're good to go with b20 and vtec head. B20VTEC or CRVTEC. I'd rather have a 90-93 teg.
