Default Times for a turbo'd H22

Hey guys. I'm new to this site and this is my first post, so I apologize ahead of time
if this question isn't on the correct board.

I own a '93 Prelude with a JDM H22 with a couple bolt ons. I've decided to turbo the stock engine, only running 7 lbs. at max, using a T3. What sort of hp gain can I expect? I keep hearing anywhere between 30 - 40%, I figure you guys have done it and know exactly what I can expect..

What sort of times could I expect after that sort of increase in hp? I ran a 14.7 with my current set up.. wouldn't it be possible to get into the high 13's or would I need to build the engine to handle more boost, etc?

Thanks guys, hope that wasn't TOO newbie flavored.

I've seen a 10.77 out of a stock motor turboed H22.
