ok i have a 95 cx with a obd1 jdm gsr motor and a jdm obd1 gsr ecu this sounds bad but i was racing on the highway last night and my car governed at 115 why is this ...please i dont need anyone to tell me thats dangerous i know it is but please help thank u

 

it be that the JDM ECU does have a govenor but you have to remeber that the jdm cars use Kph not mph so that might be why it cuts out a 115mph
